On April 19, Pangshi Chemical held its April 2019 monthly sharing session. The theme was Customer Development Skills. The speaker was Yi Chengzhang, team leader of Business Division Three. All sales staff from the four operation hubs in Ningbo, Chongqing, Chengdu and Hangzhou attended the activity on time.

Yi Chengzhang shared his experience covering how to locate prospects, develop customers and secure orders. Besides theoretical knowledge, he illustrated with real cases from his customer development practice. Afterwards, all participants had in-depth discussions on customer development skills.
