On September 26, Pangshi Chemical held its September monthly sharing session. The theme was How to Communicate Effectively with Customers, presented by Gou Hongling from Business Division Two. All sales staff of Pangshi Chemical attended the session.

Gou Hongling gave an easy‑to‑follow introduction covering communication objectives, basic principles, pre‑communication preparation, communication methods and practical skills. She cited real cases from her previous work experience and elaborated on key points. At last, she concluded the sharing with a story.
