Share experience and grow together. On September 24, 2021, the case‑sharing session kicked off as scheduled. This was the fourth business‑sharing meeting of the year, held via video conference. The speakers were Wu Jianxiong from the "Dream Team" and Lu Jin from the "Don’t Shoot, It’s Us" team.

The meeting opened with an elaborate PPT presented by Lu Jin of the "Don’t Shoot, It’s Us" team. He shared three cases covering clients, human factors and credit insurance. Each case was illustrated in detail from its cause, process to outcome, followed by practical lessons drawn from the respective order, delivering plenty of take‑home insights.

Right after that, Wu Jianxiong from the "Dream Team" took the floor with four cases. Some setbacks were caused by inexperience due to youth, while some difficult situations were successfully reversed through calm analysis and collective team wisdom. Likewise, he shared his experience and lessons learned by recounting full details of each incident.

In the final voting round, Wu Jianxiong from the "Dream Team" narrowly defeated Lu Jin from the "Don’t Shoot, It’s Us" team by several votes, winning one point back. The current score between the two teams stands at 3‑1. Both speakers offered precious experience gained during their growth at Pangshi. It is hoped that all participants can learn from these cases and take preventive measures when facing similar issues in future work.
