2021 was a year filled with both opportunities and challenges. Looking back on 2021, all staff of Pangshi pulled together and worked hard to achieve one remarkable accomplishment after another. Sweat mixed with laughter, and dedication brought success. Carrying glories and fruitful results, every Pangshi member left solid footprints along the way. At the turn of the year, Pangshi Chemical held its 2021 year‑end summary meeting to review gains and experiences, look ahead to the future and make well‑considered plans.

First came the reports delivered by department managers. Ge Chongliang, Xu Dingping, Tu Chao, Liu Yihe, Zuo Yunlong and Guo Zhen, managers of overseas‑sales business divisions, respectively reviewed the achievements of 2021 and clarified goals and directions for 2022. Three managers from functional departments — Wang Dongjuan of the Finance Department, Yuan Jiang of the Purchasing Department and Zhang Ying of the HR‑Administration Department — also summarized the work in 2021 and formulated new plans for 2022. In 2021, Pangshi achieved sales breakthroughs, expanded its workforce and further optimized its organizational structure. The speeches from all department managers boosted every employee’s confidence, and everyone believes Pangshi will forge full‑steam ahead in 2022.

Then arrived the exciting award‑giving session. Awards including Outstanding Department, Outstanding Team and Ten‑Year Meritorious Service Award were presented at the annual conference. Pang Bin, General Manager of Pangshi Chemical, presented trophies and certificates to winning departments. Congratulations to Business Division Three for winning the Outstanding Profitability Division Award, Business Division Two for the Outstanding Growth Division Award, and Business Division Four for the Outstanding Operation Division Award. The team of Sun Yuan and Yang Yongcai received the Outstanding Team Award. Every achievement is hard‑won. Solid follow‑up work and thoughtful service drive breakthroughs in clients and business performance. Strict department management and strong team awareness lay the foundation for today’s accomplishments. Congratulations to all winning teams.

The champion prize of the 2021 Business‑Sharing PK Contest was also conferred in this session. The winning team was “Don’t Shoot, It’s Us”. Xu Dingping, team captain, came on stage to receive the award on behalf of all members.

Starting from 2020, Pangshi has set up the Ten‑Year Meritorious Service Award to honor employees who have devoted ten years to the company. Ten years witness seasonal changes and the passage of time. Passion for the career, recognition of the company and identification with corporate values have kept them rooted in Pangshi year after year. Recipients of the Ten‑Year Meritorious Service Award are Huang Ying (joined Feb 2011), Zhu Beilei (joined Jun 2011), Zheng Yuyan (joined Jun 2011), Xu Dingping (joined Jul 2011) and Wang Dongjuan (joined Oct 2011). We appreciate all their contributions to corporate development. Pangshi looks forward to accompanying them through more decades ahead.

Finally, Pang Bin, General Manager of Pangshi Chemical, delivered the closing speech. He first acknowledged the outstanding results achieved by each department in 2021, which stemmed from the hard‑working efforts of every Pangshi member. He called on all employees to uphold firm ideals and convictions, strengthen overall‑situation awareness, and face difficulties and challenges bravely — stay modest in success and never give up in adversity, build up strength and get ready for new leaps forward.

Under Mr. Pang’s leadership, Pangshi is bound to reach new heights and score greater achievements in 2022. The meeting segment of this year‑end summary conference drew to a successful close.
