Guanyu International Trade Holds H1‑2011 Summary, Commendation & New‑Staff Welcoming Meeting

On the afternoon of July 14, 2011, the H1‑2011 Summary, Commendation and New‑Staff Welcoming Meeting of Guanyu International Trade was held in the large conference room, attended by more than 40 employees.

The meeting opened with a passionate speech delivered by General Manager Pang Bin, who gave an overall review of the first half of 2011. Afterwards, each department manager summarized their department’s business performance for H1 2011. They fully affirmed the achievements made, identified existing problems and clarified targets for the second half of the year.

Outstanding employees were recognized at the meeting. Two team awards were presented: Best‑Performance Team and Most‑Improved Team. Three individual awards were granted: Model Employee for Service, Outstanding Sales Representative and Most‑Promising Newcomer. Award‑winning employees shared remarks, vowing to strive for further progress. General Manager Pang took group photos with all prize winners.

The meeting concluded with self‑introductions by employees who had joined the company in 2011, building a communication platform for new and existing staff.

Most‑Improved Team: Documentation Department

This is a newly‑formed team whose members are mostly recent graduates. They once felt confused and uncertain, yet they possess tremendous enthusiasm and a down‑to‑earth work ethic. Today they have settled into the company, embraced corporate culture and become proficient in their duties. We believe they will embrace a promising future with full enthusiasm.

Model Employee for Service: Zhang Yajun, Finance Department Manager

Having joined the company in September 2008, she has worked here for nearly three years. At her ordinary post, she strictly abides by corporate regulations, performs her duties with strong responsibility and great enthusiasm, and maintains high standards for her words and deeds.
