On January 10, 2020, the 2019 Annual Summary Meeting of Pangshi Chemical concluded successfully. Centered on the theme of teamwork and collective wisdom, the annual meeting adopted a hybrid online‑offline format. All staff from the four operation hubs in Ningbo, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu attended the event on time. The annual meeting consisted of two parts: the formal meeting session and the dinner gala. Colleagues from different departments also prepared wonderful performances.

In the morning, all management members gathered in Chongqing for a management meeting. At the meeting, each department manager reviewed achievements and shortcomings in 2019, outlined plans for 2020, and put forward ideas and suggestions for the company. The management meeting wrapped up smoothly.

In the afternoon, the all‑staff summary meeting was held. Managers of each export business division, Purchasing Department and Finance Department delivered summary reports, reviewing results and deficiencies of 2019 and clarifying priorities for 2020. Then, amid warm applause, the award ceremony began. The annual awards were evaluated from three dimensions: operational capacity, growth potential and profitability. Outstanding salespeople and teams of 2019 were selected. The First Export Business Division won the Award for Excellent Operational Capacity. The Second Export Business Division received the Award for Excellent Profitability. The Third and Fifth Export Business Divisions were honored with the Award for Excellent Growth Potential. The team of Yi Chengzhang and Dong Chaoyang from the Third Export Business Division claimed the Award for Excellent Sales Team in Operational Capacity. All winning departments and teams received certificates and bonuses to prolonged applause. Afterwards, rewards were presented to the speakers of the year, in recognition of their selfless dedication to the monthly sharing sessions. The award ceremony came to an end. Finally, Pang Bin, General Manager of the company, delivered a closing speech. He elaborated on team spirit and core values, and encouraged everyone to strive for self‑improvement. The meeting session finished successfully.

During the dinner gala, colleagues staged self‑directed and self‑performed shows of diverse forms and styles, including the sign‑language dance *Listen to Me, Thank You*, children’s recitation, acoustic singing, magic shows, poetry recitation, Spanish duet, and a medley of songs and dances. The performances were brilliant. The Administration Department also prepared a variety of interactive games and rich prizes. The annual meeting drew to a happy close amid cheers and laughter.

The annual meeting was filled with surprises, laughter and honors. Inspired by this event, all employees of Pangshi Chemical will stay committed and motivated to embrace a brand‑new outlook. With sails raised high for a long journey, we will regroup and set off once again.
