On May 25, employees from Chongqing and Chengdu branches of Pangshi Chemical Group

took part in the long‑awaited team‑building activity,

where everyone was eager to give their best performance.

One Heart, One Rhythm, One Beat

The African drum activity integrates performance, singing, dancing and acting.

After quick grouping and familiarization, each participant assumed a unique role.

Every role within the tribe was an indispensable component.

Immersed in drum culture and the unrestrained spirit of the grasslands, everyone threw themselves into the activity whole‑heartedly,

enjoying the lively rhythms and powerful energy,

and strove forward toward shared goals.

Within the unified beat, they learned mutual tolerance and built tacit understanding,

gaining a sense of achievement from collective growth.

Tribe Talent Show

Cheerful drum performances fostered team spirit of close cooperation and overcoming difficulties among participants,

fully embodying the corporate value of “collaboration and sharing” at Pangshi Chemical.

It reflected Pangshi staff’s organizational and coordination capabilities,

as well as their disciplined and meticulous work ethic.

Keep Challenging, Strive for Transcendence

The spirit of frisbee — “The disc never falls; never give up”

resonates perfectly with the work philosophy of Pangshi employees.

Everyone sweated it out and embraced joy in this sport.

Within limited time,

figuring out how to earn more points through teamwork

demonstrated the collective wisdom of Pangshi people.

There are winners and losers in every competition,

yet the spirit of joint efforts and perseverance unites everyone.

Just like the persistence and courage shown in daily work,

the drive to give it your all is what truly matters!

Forge Ahead for a New Journey

After the intense physical challenges,

the joint ship‑building session

gave full play to everyone’s creativity and hands‑on skills.

Colorful paintings

were pieced together to show the shared vision of all Pangshi staff.

Phrases such as “forge ahead with resolve” and “ride the wind and waves”

convey their sincere aspirations.

2023 marks a year of striving forward for Pangshi.

A new path has been defined,

and fresh challenges have begun.

The blueprint is drawn, the battle drum is beating.

All Pangshi employees will live up to our mission,

hoist the sails and chase our dreams toward a promising future.
