On the morning of October 31, 2023, at 9:00 am, Ponzi Chemical Group and the School of English at Sichuan International Studies University held a signing ceremony for school enterprise cooperation in Conference Room B307, Lide Building, Sichuan International Studies University.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Qin Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of English at Sichuan Foreign Studies University. Pang Bin, Chairman of Ponzi Chemical Group, Zhao Yongfeng, Dean of the School of English at Sichuan Foreign Studies University, Dan Xiu'an, Secretary of the Party General Branch, Li Ke, Vice Dean, and Zhao Zixu, Counselor, attended the ceremony.
After a brief exchange of pleasantries between the leaders of the school and enterprise, the ceremony officially began.
Secretary Dan Xiu'an of the English College delivered the first speech. He introduced the theme from the profound historical background of Sichuan Foreign Studies University, detailing the strong faculty and mature teaching mechanism of the English College. He affirmed the professional level of the students in the college and pointed out the fact that they lack social practice. He also mentioned that the college attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' professional quality and employment practice. Therefore, he warmly welcomes the arrival and cooperation of Ponzi Chemical Group and hopes to achieve a win-win situation through this cooperation.
Subsequently, the chairman delivered a speech, first thanking the English College for providing numerous outstanding talents to the group. Secondly, he outlined the development history, scale, current situation, and prospects of Ponzi Chemical Group over the past 20 years. Finally, he believes that providing students with practical experience during their school years can help them adapt to work life more quickly after graduation. He hopes that teachers and classmates can visit the group and arrange internships for their classmates.

Finally, both parties discussed the work of school enterprise cooperation. Dean Zhao Yongfeng of the School of English delivered a concluding speech, introducing the current employment situation of students in the School of English and affirming their excellent performance in social services and cultural heritage. Finally, Dean Zhao Yongfeng expressed his hope to provide more students with opportunities to participate in corporate internships and accumulate social experience.
After the signing ceremony, Mr. Pang was invited to give a lecture on foreign trade knowledge to the students of the English College with the theme of "Traditional Chinese Wisdom, Business Thinking: Yin Yang Thinking".
Chinese traditional culture contains rich philosophical ideas and humanistic spirit. Pang Dong combines Chinese traditional wisdom with the foreign trade industry, mainly explaining from four aspects: the characteristics of the times, foreign trade characteristics, foreign trade classification, and yin-yang thinking, allowing the students present to have a wise, in-depth, and comprehensive understanding of the charm and challenges of the foreign trade industry. During the lecture sharing that lasted for over an hour, the students listened attentively and received enthusiastic responses, helping to bring the event to a successful conclusion.
