On July 22, Ms. Alma, Shi Ying’s Mexican client, visited Pangs Chem Chongqing Branch for an on-site inspection. The client was referred by a long-term client with whom we have cooperated for years. After touring the two offices in Chongqing, Shi Ying introduced Pangs Chem’s development history and business strength and held in-depth discussions with the client on relevant products. Through the exchange, the client highly recognized Pangs Chem’s strength and believed that we are a very good fit for her company’s procurement needs.

In addition to the business inspection, the client also hoped to spend a few days sightseeing during this trip. Because of the language barrier and her inability to make payments in local currency, Shi Ying served as her guide throughout the entire trip. She took the client to major famous attractions in Chongqing and arranged for her to experience Chongqing’s signature foot bath. To ensure a perfect experience for the client, she also arranged a Chengdu itinerary and accompanied and interpreted for her throughout the trip.

On July 29, the client concluded the trip and expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Shi Ying. This client visit allowed both sides to feel mutual trust and sincerity, and we believe that we will further achieve win-win cooperation in the future.
