On November 29, Pangshi Chemical held its monthly sharing session for November 2019. The topic was Customer Development and Relevant Precautions, presented by Zhang Shiyun from Business Division Four.

Zhang Shiyun joined the company in 2016. Over the past three years, she has worked diligently with a modest attitude. In this session, she shared her experience and insights covering the whole workflow: searching for potential customers, categorizing prospects, selecting targets to develop, making development plans, advancing customer development to order closure, as well as follow-up and customer retention. Beyond theoretical knowledge, she also shared real cases encountered in her work to inspire all participants. The sharing session was a great success.
