Since 2019, Pangshi Chemical has maintained the tradition of monthly sharing sessions, which fall into two categories: business‑sharing and management‑sharing. The July management‑sharing session, themed Winning through Execution, was delivered by Zuo Yunlong, Manager of Business Division Five.

He adopted various forms including real‑case illustrations, on‑site interaction and videos to deepen participants’ understanding. When explaining each key point, Manager Zuo combined theories with the company’s real‑life scenarios, which helped reinforce knowledge and facilitate its application in daily work. On the occasion, Ge Chongliang, Manager of Business Division One, and Xu Dingping, Manager of Business Division Two, also shared work‑related challenges and their own understanding of execution. After the presentation, participants raised questions actively, creating a lively atmosphere.
