On December 20, 2018, the Business Department of Pangshi Chemical held its December monthly sharing session themed Adjust Your Mindset. The speaker was Qu Yanni, a key employee from Business Division One. All sales staff from the three operation hubs in Ningbo, Chongqing and Chengdu attended the session on time via online meeting.

Qu Yanni shared her insights covering professional qualities for sales, mindset adjustment, maintaining good relations with manufacturers and integrating into the team. She also voiced her expectations for the company. Her presentation was met with warm applause, marking the successful conclusion of this monthly sharing.
