On January 15 and 16, 2019, Pangshi Chemical successfully completed its first training session of the year. The training focused on Problem Analysis and Resolution. More than twenty participants, including division managers and key employees from Ningbo, Chongqing and Chengdu, took part in the event.

The training illustrated the full process of problem analysis and solving, covering problem definition, root cause analysis, solution generation, planning, implementation and result evaluation. Interactive drills including scheme practice and group brainstorming were arranged on site, creating an energetic learning atmosphere.

To meet corporate strategic requirements, strengthen management capabilities of supervisors, improve overall staff competency and foster a company-wide learning culture, the company adopted a diversified training model in 2019. We aim to drive employee growth and corporate development through training initiatives.
