On May 29, Pangshi Chemical held its May 2019 monthly sharing session. The theme was Reception and Relationship Maintenance for Visiting Customers. The speaker was Liu Lu from Business Division Four. All sales staff from the four operation hubs in Ningbo, Chongqing, Chengdu and Hangzhou attended the activity on time.

Liu Lu boasts rich experience in receiving and maintaining visiting clients. She has accompanied customers on various occasions including exhibitions, factory tours and on-site visits, and summed up insights from real work. She shared her valuable experience with all sales colleagues. After the sharing, several department managers reflected on previous working approaches, examining whether their teams had gaps or room for improvement in this regard. This activity enabled experience sharing and triggered in-depth thinking.
