On the last day of March, Pangshi Chemical held its first business‑sharing session. Ten lecturers took part in the business‑sharing activities this year. Different from previous years, this year priority was given to new‑generation lecturers — employees who have worked at Pangshi for no more than three years or new practitioners with less than three‑year experience in foreign‑trade business. Unlike seasoned sales staff, they bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches. Though lacking extensive experience, they have delivered impressive work results out of passion for foreign trade. The lecturer team was divided into two competing teams, headed respectively by Xu Dingping, Manager of Business Division Two, and Zuo Yunlong, Manager of Business Division Five. Such an original grouping promised to generate inspiring new ideas.

Zuo Yunlong, captain of the Dream Team, and Xu Dingping, captain of the “Don’t Shoot, It’s Us” Team, kicked off the contest. The theme for this round was case sharing. With years of experience in chemical foreign trade, the two captains had plenty of cases to share. They carefully prepared five or six highly representative cases, elaborating on timeline, root causes, consequences and post‑event reflections. As firsthand witnesses, they offered most‑valued experience and practical skills.

During the discussion segment, Pang Bin, General Manager of Pangshi Chemical, also shared cases from his own days as a salesperson. All participants joined in active discussions, creating a highly dynamic atmosphere. Following the final vote, Xu Dingping, captain of the “Don’t Shoot, It’s Us” Team, won by a margin of three votes and claimed victory in this business‑sharing PK contest. Let’s look forward to the next sharing session.
