On April 22, Pangshi Chemical held its Q1 2021 summary meeting. All employees took part in the meeting both on‑site and online. The meeting was hosted by Yi Chengzhang, team leader of Business Division Three.

The meeting kicked off with all colleagues reciting the corporate culture in unison with loud and resonant voices. Department managers delivered speeches first. They reviewed work progress and outcomes of the first quarter, analyzed respective departments’ strengths and weaknesses, and clarified development directions for Q2. Guided by these outstanding managers, all departments are expected to keep making progress and achieve better performance.

Then came the award‑giving segment. An excellent company cannot thrive without outstanding teams. The four platforms of Ningbo, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu presented awards for March’s Outstanding Business Divisions and Outstanding Teams. It is hoped that all colleagues will take these role models as goals, strive for progress and accomplish greater achievements in the second quarter.

Every new member joining the company works like interlocking gears, supporting and driving one another forward. Pangshi Chemical welcomed many new colleagues in the first quarter. The self‑introduction session at the meeting helped them quickly integrate into the big Pangshi family. They are believed to contribute greatly to the company’s future development.

The final segment featured remarks from company leadership. General Manager Pang presented a well‑prepared PPT and videos, conveying the spirit of “constantly striving for self‑improvement and embracing all things with great virtue” to every member of Pangshi. Under his leadership, the company will surely forge ahead vigorously and enjoy growing prosperity.
