The Meeting Convenes

On July 27, Pangshi Chemical held its 2021 mid‑year summary meeting, hosted by Liu Lu from Business Division Four. All employees participated in the meeting both on‑site and online. The agenda mainly consisted of four parts: speeches by department managers, awards for outstanding teams, introduction of new employees, and remarks by General Manager Pang.

In their speeches, all department managers mentioned that the performance for the first half of this year achieved remarkable growth compared with last year, attributable to the joint efforts of every team member. Despite improved business results, managers remained alert in times of security. They reflected on deficiencies in department management, and put forward corresponding solutions and work plans. With clear objectives and well‑defined thinking, each department is expected to attain more outstanding achievements under their leadership.

Outstanding teams serve as the driving force for corporate progress. Their support has been indispensable throughout Pangshi’s growth. During the meeting, the four platforms of Ningbo, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu presented awards for the Outstanding Business Divisions and Outstanding Teams of June. It is hoped that all colleagues will take them as examples and strive for self‑improvement.

New employees bring fresh hope and energy. Many talented colleagues joined Pangshi Chemical in the first half of the year. Brief self‑introductions helped everyone get acquainted with them quickly. It is believed that they will soon integrate into the company and adapt to its work rhythm.
