On the afternoon of July 30, 2021, the third business sharing session PK competition was held in the form of a video conference. The theme of this session was book sharing, with Dong Chaoyang from the Dream Team and Yang Yongcai from the opposing team who did not shoot. In the previous two rounds, the opposing team who did not shoot narrowly defeated the Dream Team with one vote. This round has also reached the match point. The result will be announced later~~

Yang Yongcai

Don't shoot on the other side. It's our own team

The first thing I want to share is that Yang Yongcai, who belongs to my own team, is not shooting on the other side. The book I am sharing is "All Effort Will Be Repaired in Another Way" written by Yi Bing. He joined Ponzi Chemical in April 2020. In this sharing, he stands from the perspective of a contemporary young person, telling the story of his journey from confusion to determination of his ideals and the insights of a newcomer in foreign trade. Set some questions based on one's own experiences and confusion, and find answers in the book. For example, if you have been wandering in the first tier cities for many years, should you return to your hometown? Make many people resonate. Even as a newcomer in foreign trade, one should demand high standards of oneself and improve time utilization efficiency within a limited time. Learn to control your emotions when facing customers. Only by continuously learning and changing one's own cognition can one earn money beyond cognition.

Dong Chaoyang

Dream Team

Next is Dong Chaoyang from the Dream Team. This is not the first time he has shared that he has transformed from a novice in the business to a seasoned veteran, gaining a bit more composure. The content he shared is Marshall; The book "Nonviolent Communication" by Luxembourg states that communication is essential in both daily life and work, but how many people understand how to communicate correctly and effectively? Learning to listen and reflect on oneself is the top priority. He engages in interesting interactions with his peers on site, using many simple and clear examples to explain the content of the book. By communicating well and improving one's perspective, thinking from different perspectives, life and work can be better.

At the canvassing stage, Sun Yuan and Zuo Yunlong respectively campaigned for Yang Yongcai and Dong Chaoyang. The battle was intense, and in the end, the Dream Team narrowly lost to the opponent's own team by one vote. The score between the two teams was 3-0.

It is worth mentioning that although Mr. Pang was unable to attend the sharing meeting in person, he listened carefully to the carefully prepared sharing by the two excellent salespersons through voice connection throughout the meeting.
